Religious Commonalities
Religious Commonalities was UEF’s weekly newsletter series exploring the shared wisdom beneath the world’s religious traditions.
Each issue focuses on one recurring theme — kindness, humility, silence, justice, spiritual struggle, sacred numbers, metaphor, the cosmic tree, Ubuntu, and more — and follows it across sacred texts, practices, stories, symbols, and lived experience.
Through these reflections, we invite readers to practice religious literacy: approaching the world’s traditions with curiosity, humility, and respect while recognizing the shared structures beneath surface differences.
