Embracing Charity: A Cross-Religious Perspective
In this course we cover charity. All religions agree charity is an act of compassion that benefits giver and receiver alike. We draw on the Bhagavad Gita's teaching on worthy giving, Buddhist and Christian scriptures on generosity, the Qur'an's imagery of multiplying rewards, and Jain, Sikh, Jewish, Zoroastrian, and Baha'i traditions.
