The Importance of Being Playful -A Deep Dive
In this course we cover play as the wellspring of learning, creativity, and innovation. Play is not relief from serious work; it is how humans discover, explore, and invent. We draw on Alan Watts, Fred Rogers, Albert Einstein's combinatory play, Arthur Koestler's creative theory, Joseph Schumpeter on recombination, and Andrew Huberman's neuroscience of flow and dopamine through exploratory play.
